New Clinical Data Report from ISARIC
The International Severe Acute Respiratory and Emerging Infections Consortium (ISARIC) is producing a weekly report using clinical data from its COVID-19 database. To date, this includes data from 122,361 individuals from 578 sites across 42 countries.
The growing data platform is enabling real-time collaborative data sharing and analysis. The data is used to produce weekly reports assessing patient characteristics, risk factors, variables by age, hospital stays and outcomes and more. IDDO are supporting data management and coordination of this global collaboration.
ISARIC have launched a portfolio of resources to support researchers and help accelerate outbreak research and response, including the ISARIC-WHO Case Record Form which enables the collection of standardised clinical data.
