
Matthew Brack first joined IDDO in February 2019. As Senior Programme Manager, Matt has a leading role in coordinating and streamlining programme management and operational delivery of scientific activities across the NTD, malaria and emerging infections research themes at IDDO.
Matt's previous work involved administration and project management in international development at the Oxford Department of International Development and Oxford Policy Management. Before moving to Oxford, Matt worked with the Centre on Global Health Security at Chatham House as a project manager, and as a project manager and policy officer at the Wellcome Trust, engaging with legal, ethical and technical issues around sharing data and software globally for public health action and scientific research.
After initially training in the Harvard School of Public Health's project management system at Harvard University Extension School he became certified with the Project Management Institute. He has an MA in digital asset management from King’s College London.
