Call for applications: TDR Clinical Research and Development Fellowships

This training opportunity provides funding for a 12-month posting at a European institution for career development in clinical research.

The purpose of the TDR CRDF scheme / programme is to provide funding support to researchers and clinical trial staff from LMIC's to acquire essential skills in clinical research and development through placements in host training organisations. The scheme targets early- to mid-career researchers or clinical trial staff who are employed by a legal entity in LMIC's where they are currently conducting clinical research activities in the scope of TDR's mandate. 

IDDO (based at the University of Oxford) hosts four fellows every year. There are also a number of other exceptional institutions to choose from. 

IDDO is particularly interested in Sierra Leonean candidates who wish to advance their skills in data management and biostatistics to pursue analysis on the Ebola Data Platform.
