Dr Joan Shepherd

Dr Joan Shepherd is a member of Sierra Leone’s Ethics and Scientific Review Committee, under the Ministry of Health and Sanitation. Dr Shepherd is also President of the Sierra Leone Midwives Association and Chairman of the Sierra Leone chapter of the West African College of Nursing.
