Eva Miranda Marwali, MD, PhD is a Staff Physician Pediatric Cardiac ICU, National Cardiovascular Center Harapan Kita, Jakarta, Indonesia since 2003. She graduated from Medical School University of Indonesia for her medical doctor and pediatric residency. She was trained as Pediatric Intensive Care Fellow in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, Canada in 2007-2008.

She has a PhD from the University of Indonesia Medical School (2010-2015) with a thesis about euthyroid sick syndrome after pediatric cardiac surgery in children from developing world. She has been acknowledged as Indonesian Consultant of Pediatric Emergency and Intensive Care from University of Padjadjaran, Bandung, Indonesia in 2017.

She is a Member of Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Society (PCICS), Manager of Pediatric ECMO (Extra Corporeal Membrane Oxygenation) National Cardiovascular Center Harapan Kita Jakarta, Indonesia, in ELSO (Extracorporeal Life Support Organization) (2008- Now) and Member at large ELSO Asia-Pasific chapter (2016-present).

Now she is the chief of Indonesian Regional Investigator of ECMOCARD study, Critical Care Consortium for Covid19. Nearly 15 Indonesian sites already and will participate in this ECMOCARD study. Due to her role as chief regional investigator in Indonesia, she thinks she needs to participate as Data Platform committee in this research.
