Moses Badio is a Biostatistician with more than 10 years of experience in the Public Health and Research sector. He has expertise in HIV and AIDS programme Monitoring and Evaluation, including the design and conduct of Operational and Clinical Research programs.

In 2007, he joined the Ministry of Health in Liberia where he supported the development and implementation of the Global Fund grant for HIV and AIDS. During that time, he led the design and conduct of several studies at the National AIDS Control Program including conduct of the first Integrated Biological and Behavioral Surveillance Survey (IBBSS) in Liberia. Mr. Badio was also lead for the development of the standardised data collection and reporting tools for routine HIV and AIDS health facility and community based programs currently used in Liberia.

Currently, he works for the Partnership for Research on Ebola Virus in Liberia (PREVAIL), a clinical research program in Liberia where he serves as the lead for Data Management and is responsible for assisting in the design, conduct and analysis of research protocol. 

Mr. Badio has a BSc degree in Mathematics from the University of Liberia and an MSc degree in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the Cyprus University of Technology.
