Pre-trial site assessment

The sponsor is responsible for selecting the investigator(s)/institution(s) for a clinical trial, however, sometimes this responsibility falls to an investigator.

This procedure therefore describes the process and documentation required when assessing a site's preparedness for conducting a clinical trial.
