Martin Madu Meremikwu is Professor of Paediatrics & Clinical Epidemiology at the University of Calabar and Chief Consultant Paediatrician, University of Calabar Teaching Hospital, Nigeria.  Prof Meremikwu’s research interests include determining effectiveness of priority health care interventions for malaria, child and reproductive health conditions. Prof Meremikwu is the current Director of Cochrane Nigeria and the Cross River Health and Demographic Surveillance System in the University of Calabar.
