Viengsavanh Pimxayvong joined the Medicine Quality Research Group (MQRG) in 2023 and is working as a Research Pharmacist based in Lao.

Viengsavanh is a pharmacist. She has a Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Health Sciences, Lao PDR in 2010, and Master degree in Medical Biotechnology from the University of Sassari, Italy in 2015. Previously she was a lecturer at the University of Health Sciences.
