Data Management Plan
The purpose of this Data Management Plan (DMP) is to present a clear and transparent methodology by which IDDO research themes will transform and process the uploaded clinical data into a standardised format in a manner that ensures reproducibility. It also provides a framework for discussing and developing such methodology.
The aim of Infectious Diseases Data Observatory (IDDO) research themes is to provide a data repository for researchers, investigators and other stakeholders involved in clinical research and policy formulation for infectious diseases such as malaria, Ebola and visceral leishmaniasis (VL) currently, and possibly others in the future. The research themes offers an opportunity for researchers to store and retrieve individual patient data (IPD) in a standardised format.
